Thank you for choosing to use our facilities at 300 Wilikina Drive, Wahiawa, HI 96786. We hope that you enjoy your time here. Please read and sign the following Facilities Rental Rules and Regulations and Agreement. Our facilities are available for rent only to ministries of like-kind faith as First Assembly of God.
Please note that the Ministry Leader or Pastor Overseer is responsible to ensure that the Facilities Rental Rules and Regulations and Agreement are being followed. Failure to follow them could result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or dismissal.
Smoking, including E-cigarettes, open flames (incense, etc.) drinking of alcoholic beverages, and use of narcotics ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Fireworks and Firearms ARE NOT PERMITTED.
No animals are allowed at the facility.
No food or drinks in the sanctuary.
Park in designated areas only.
Renter will be responsible for the security and appropriate conduct of participants during the rental period.
Renter will be responsible for the cost of repairs for damage caused to facility/property.
FAOG does not provide food service. Food served must be catered and prepared off site.
Renter must provide a minimum of $1,000,000 Certificate of Liability Insurance naming First Assembly of God as additional insured, one week prior to the event date.
Renter assumes all risk of personal injury, wrongful death and/or property damage, from whatever cause, suffered in, on or around the Facilities and does hereby waive, release and forever discharge First Assembly of God and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) for loss or damage of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury, wrongful death and/or property damage, arising out of or in connection with the access to or use of the Facilities by renter and any person permitted to use the Facilities by renter.
Notwithstanding anything in this FAOG Central Oahu Region Facilities Rental Rules and Regulations and Agreement, renter shall indemnify, defend and hold First Assembly of God harmless from all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, injuries and death, and damages of every kind or nature, arising out of (i) the use of the Facilities by renter, (ii) any injury or damage to the person, vehicles or property of renter or any persons permitted to use the Facilities by renter, and (iii) any breach of this FAOG Central Oahu Region Facilities Rental Rules and Regulations and Agreement by renter.
price is per person, per night. One stay = 1 person for 1 night.
A $300 deposit is required to confirm the event date. This agreement must be signed and paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the rental date.
Cancellations must be in writing and received two weeks prior to the event for full refund. If FAOG incurred costs for set-up, these will be deducted accordingly from the deposit.
I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to the First Assembly of God Central Oahu Region Facilities Rental Rules and Regulations and Agreement, and that I am authorized to sign on behalf of the ministry/organization referred to above.
