I attend church here. Truthfully, something that I have really learned, apart from the spiritual teachings, is, the senior pastor, Pastor Ko, is very real, wise, fair and caring. I heard of other senior pastors who do talk down to people or can be unreasonable at times. Pastor Ko is not that way and that has developed such a camaraderie amongst the staff and leadership team at First Assembly of God - including all the regions. Bible doctrine is solid. The main reason why I visited and then remained was because of First Assembly of God's purpose; not to build a megachurch, but, as its vision statement says...a church with a passion for the Lord and a vision to reach the lost...making disciples of all nations, teaching disciples to be leaders and mentoring members for missions.

A wonderful place for worship. The leaders are friendly and welcoming. The church is constantly reaching out and giving to the community in impactful ways. They also have 6 regions to choose from on Oahu and 1 on the Big Island for any given Sunday.

I don't attend this church, I do attend another Christian church in Pearl City, but I live right next to this church. I can always hear all the activities...

This church has an incredible children’s ministry. Got a chance to bring my niece to their Summer kids program and she had a great time! The volunteers are very kind and overall a very warm and caring place.

This place is amazing. Worship on point. Sermons, on point. Guest speakers, on point. Felt connected and comfortable.

I've only been apart of this church for three months and last week my wife had an unexpected surgery. I have had people from our bible studies dropping by my apartment everyday for the last week delivering food for her. Our Pastor even stopped by to do this as well. If you want a church family and community that really cares and goes the extra mile, this is the place for you.

Beautiful house of worship inside and out. Amazing childcare and worship. This church will end up being the family you are missing. The most amazing pastors and fellowship I have encountered in my life.

On 10/2019, I listened to the most tragic, YET, the most victorious testimony I ever heard, from Pastor Ko's daughter and son-in-law; the love and power of God manifested!!
