Congrats!! pastor Ko – Golden Fellowship

We’ve known each other since 2009 when we moved to Hawaii from Wichita, Kansas! We share so many memories that it’s hard to pick just one. From the moment we arrived, you welcomed us with open arms and warm wishes, and for that, we are forever grateful. We’ve celebrated birthdays and anniversaries together, and you’ve faithfully prayed for us year after year during our HPN events. You inspired us to conquer Koko Head, and your encouragement was unwavering! You’ve shown us countless acts of kindness, and we’ve had the privilege of doing ministry together—whether through Convoy of Hope, Shelter, Women’s Ministry, or individual counseling.

Today, we celebrate your faithfulness and kindness, and we thank God for bringing you into our lives. We are better people because of your faith and encouragement. As you enter this next season of life, know that we are praying for you. Thank you, Pastor and Sister Ko, for 15 years of doing life together.

I remember when I first became a member of First in 2007. During the new members reception, I shared my dream of one day flying Pastor Ko for missions. I didn’t know exactly how that would come about. But, in June 2018, Pastor Ko and Sister Ko, along with a few others, were flying to Hilo for a Convoy of Hope event. It just so happened that I was one of the pilots who flew them from Honolulu to Hilo. I was so excited to fly Pastor Ko for the first time, and I know that this was a fulfillment of my dream to fly him for missions. I look forward to flying more flights for missions in the future. Congratulations to you, Pastor Ko, for your many years of serving!
